At MiniMama™, after-school time isn’t just homework and waiting — it’s a chance to explore new passions, make friends, and grow with confidence.
Our clubs are designed with Montessori-inspired guidance, creative arts, and hands-on learning. Each day has its own theme, so kids can dive into something new every time they come.
💡 Special Features at MiniMama
We provide a wide variety of high-quality materials so kids can freely create their own original projects.
Our cozy “BookNook” corner lets children add books to a Wish List — when budget allows, MiniMama purchases these titles so kids feel heard and valued in their reading journey.
Since we know kids sometimes need a quiet reset, in January 2025 we introduced a secure, child-sized hideout — a private space where children can recharge, feel safe, and return to the group when ready.

At MiniMama™, snacks are part of learning! We follow the Montessori principle of “freedom within limits.”
Children may help themselves to snacks when they feel hungry.
Together, we create a snack and materials wish list.
Each month, the group helps discuss budgets for art supplies, books, or club equipment.
Snacks become more than just food—they are a way for children to practise decision-making, responsibility, and community care.

After-School Club
Weekly Clubs (2025–2026)
Each day has its own theme — children can join for the full week, or choose the days that match their interests.
Hands-on math with PlayFacto materials. Build logic, teamwork, and problem-solving through games.
The only way to learn something new is to Explore soft colors and emotions with Nagomi Pastel Art, guided by a certified instructor..
Learn the basics of yarn work. Great for focus, patience, and fine motor skills.
Create soft animals, charms, and mini projects with wool and simple tools.
Start with simple stitches and projects — like pouches and small crafts. Builds confidence and independence.

After-School Club
(Sept–Jun)
A cozy small-group program where children can unwind, create, and learn after school.
Hours: Mon–Fri, 3:00–5:30 PM
Pick-up: Walkover from Montrose Jr. P.S.
Group Size: Max 5 children (including provider’s own under 13)
